Through necessity, I’ve been a working mom my whole life. At times it was tough to balance all my responsibilities and if I was truly honest, I was the person who carried most of the burden and guilt. I strived for perfection, the desire to be superwoman, the commitment to be a perfect wife, the expectation to be a stellar employee, and an available daughter to attend to tasks for my aging parents.
